I need to modify my order!

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email j3dapaprel@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Cash on Delivery, Cash on pickup, Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. 

Barring poor weather conditions, stock unavailability or typical end of the year congestion, your order should take on average 8 days to arrive.

 

Luzon- 1 to 4 Days

Visayas- 2-7 Days

Mindanao- 2-7 Days

Why does my shipping status remain unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs holdup or even container backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order starts being shipped.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at LBC or J&T website tracking.
